Truevera was engaged by an Indonesian packaging conglomerate to undertake an investigation into the potential shadow ownership of a Calcite mine located in Vietnam. 

Challenge

Truevera was given limited materials regarding the Clients suspicion in Chinese and Vietnamese.

Solution

Truevera utilised both public, semi-public and industry sources to produce sufficient information and evidence to determine that the ultimate shareholder of the calcite mine was in fact not the shareholder on record.

Results

Having received our report, our client ceased using the supplier.
